2. Deskripsi Pekerjaan dan Persyaratan
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Good leadership skill, Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions, Proven managerial experience (budgeting, strategic planning and Human Resources), Drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes, Oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensure policies and procedures are followed, Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Engineering – Others or equivalent.
Syarat Pengalaman Kerja: Min 6 tahun (Manajer/Asisten Manajer)
